CAN I SMOKE IN MY APARTMENT?

No. All our aparthotels are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). This includes the balconies, guest apartments and all public areas within the building. Any apartments smoked in will incur a minimum £100 charge for fumigation and you may be asked to leave.

CAN I MAKE SPECIFIC REQUESTS (E.G FOR BATH/BALCONY ETC)?

You can make special requests at time of booking, however many of our room features can be guaranteed at the time of booking by selecting the room type that matches the request. Please note that whilst we try our best to fulfil requests they cannot be guaranteed.

How do I book—and do you price match?

Book online via Book Now, contact the site team via the Our Locations page, or for 5+ rooms call the Groups team on 0203 504 5555 (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30). There’s a Price Match Guarantee: if you find a lower rate for the same room, location and terms within 12 hours of booking, we’ll refund the difference; we’ll also price-match pre-booking with proof (screenshot with date/time). Submit claims to reservations@roomzzz.com or call 0203 504 5555.

Can you accommodate babies / children?

Yes, we have a small number of travel cots available for infants and can accommodate extra beds (from £10 per night) in our Family Grande Studios for older children. Just let us know when you make your reservation and we’ll do everything we can to help where possible.

Can I have grocery delivery or takeaway delivered to site?

Yes, all you need to do is meet the driver at the door (as you would at home) to receive your food delivery.

Do you have on-site parking?

Parking can be found in St James Quarter Car Park, Leith Street, EH1 3AS. This is available at a discounted rate of £13 per night. When parking, you should use Blue Zone in level B1 and B2 then use the Blue lift (Picardy) to the 5th floor and follow signs for Roomzzz. Speak to our reception team on departure to validate your ticket.
