To upgrade from “Be Our Guest” to “Be Part of the Family”, you must: Activate your Perkzzz account, Complete your profile, and Stay for at least one night at a Roomzzz property.
Check if the stay has been booked directly and not through a third party. If a stay is direct and not showing, email the hotel you have booked with your membership number and stay details so they can update your account. Visit our contact page to contact the correct hotel team.
